About Coach Ed

As the Chairman/ Coach of TOTAL PACKAGE, Ed Adamowicz, known as Coach Ed, brings 30 years of Athletic Coaching and Professional Business experience to the field of Career Coaching. The Coach first served as Assistant Football Coach at Tufts, Wesleyan and Northeastern Universities and then as an NFL Scout for a combine named BLESTO. Ed earned a reputation as “The TOTAL Coach” referencing four titles he authored for Athletic Journal and Coach and Athlete Magazines, but also for a renowned attention to detail.

After nearly ten years as an Executive Search Consultant, Coach Ed transitioned to Corporate America. He became the Director of Americas Staffing at Data General Corporation and subsequently the Director of Recruiting for the North American Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and General & Administrative organizations at EMC Corporation. While there, the Coach created an internal recruiting organization credited with saving the company $20M on cost per hire during FY2000.
